Export
Approximately 25%-30% of the pellets produced by Shacham Givat Ada are destined for
export, mainly for vegetable growers in Southern Spain and Portugal.
The plant also exports to Germany and Holland, mainly for gardening purposes.

In order to meet the strict requirements laid down by the European Community, the
factory is under the supervision of the Israeli Veterinarian Services, which have been
authorized for these purposes by their corresponding organizations in the countries
importing the shipment.

New Horizons
In the year 2000 and thereafter, Shacham Givat Ada will continue with its development program and will initiate a number of new and different production ventures:
- Successfully completing the establishment of the plant for producing pellets in Egypt in addition to the compost production project there which is already operative. Located in the Ismailia region, under the supervision and management of Shacham Givat Ada, it is the largest compost site in the Middle East.
- Applying Shacham Givat Ada know how to the treatment of organic materials in different countries throughout the world, while focusing on the Far East.
- Embarking on projects for the treatment of organic waste and sludge.
- Inclusion of substances in the pellets, to prevent soil diseases.
